Adelphi, Hull, UK.

Yesterday the boys played their first show of the tour. We left Londen for a six hour drive to Hull. Being on the road in our van is pure luxery: we have beds, a tv, playstation...right, best van in the world. Most of us caught some extra sleep during the ride cause London had left us exhausted after two days of partying. I had been to Hull before with my band One Voice and I couldn't remember anything special about that town. When we arrived early at the venue, we had hours to kill so we watched LA confidential in our van and waited for the promoter to show up. We were cold and hungry. When we finally got into the club, it looked fine. We set up, soundchecked, got more hungry and welcomed the other bands. Moral Dilemma is playing all the UK shows with Static Thought. They are a punkband from London, really friendly people, but do not really play the kind of punksound I like most. We had asian food, it was pretty good. Hung out with Travis till they had to play. They killed it. Opened with Infiltrated minds, played a lot of new songs of the Motive album, did a Minor Threat cover...shit was fun. After the show the promoter took us to a shitty dance club. After being bored for an hour I said to Eric "Let's Buck" and we walked to our sleeping place. Had a few bad hours of no sleep on a cold floor...made me realize I'm on tour again. Today we head to Sheffield, UK. Think I've been there before with One Voice or Vogue, not sure. For the first time in my life I really miss home while being on the road. I miss my girl and my bands every night and day. I guess your home is where your heart is and I have found mine.
